| Garlic is the dried root bulb of Allium sativum, a member of the Liliaceae family.
Sensoric quality: Bitter pungent taste
PBH is a specialized company involved in production, selection, packaging and export of dry and fresh garlic of both conventional and organic quality.
Dry garlic available is the pure white Egyptian variety characterized of small but many number of gloves and the other is the purple variety with bigger but lesser number of gloves.
Thanks to a good planning of cultivation and production, we are able to deliver garlic of consistent good quality six months per year starting for fresh garlic from January to March while for dry garlic from April till June.

Production and selection |
| Production of garlic comes earlier from the most fertile areas for suitable for garlic cultivation in the south of Egypt in Menia and Bani Sweif then from other northern Delta governorates during the late season.
Cultivated area is running according to GLOBALGAP standards. |
Packaging |
Through a highly mecahnized packing house for onions and garlic located in Al Fayoum governorate near to the cultivated areas of garlic, production and packaging is running in accordance with GLOBALGAP standards.
Through our specialized production team, garlic is handled with great care during the whole stages of production and export starting from cultivation, drying, post harvest handling, selection, packaging and transport until being received by our customer. |

Facts |
It was worshipped by the Egyptians and fed to workers building the Great Pyramid at Giza about 2600 BC. Minced Garlic or Garlic Chips is used in pasta sauces, stews, and soups. Mix with oil and vinegar and Italian spices to make salad dressing. Garlic Powder can be used in marinades, or mixed with herbs and rubbed into poultry, pork, or beef before cooking.
It was concluded that garlic reduces blood cholesterol levels and acts against prostate cancer. |
